I want you to be happy with your purchase. Each item is carefully made and packed, but if something isn’t right, I’m here to help.



Prints & Tote Bags


  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • I’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
  • I cannot offer returns for change of mind, as each item is printed to order.


 

Framed Prints


  • Frames are custom-prepared for each order. If a framed item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days, and I’ll work with you to resolve it.
  • Due to the nature of framing and handling, I cannot accept returns for preference or sizing issues once shipped.



Commissions (Custom Artworks)


  • Custom artwork is made specifically for you, so I’m unable to offer returns or refunds.
  • I provide previews and opportunities for feedback before finalising your piece to ensure you’re happy with the result.
