This design features my digital painting of Whitby Abbey, it is situated above the North Sea. The abbey is famously linked to Bram Stoker’s Dracula, making Whitby the unofficial Gothic capital of England.
The artwork was inspired by when the abbey is illuminated in autumn, and it also includes the Northern Lights, which appeared over Whitby in May 2024.
